One of the best ways for Populus to find great employees is by our current workforce referring potential candidates. If you know someone who would be fit for a job here, and who you would enjoy working with, please send them our way!

How to Refer an Employee

To refer an employee, submit them through our recruiting site Greenhouse here. Once submitted, please send an email to the operations team notifying them of the referral. Open positions are listed on our public-facing Greenhouse jobs board.

Anyone who you think fits a job description and who you would enjoy working with.

Referral Bonus Program

To thank you for sending us referrals, Populus offers a bonus of $1,000 (less taxes) for each non-engineering referral and $5,000 (less taxes) for each engineering referral that successfully completes 90 days of employment.

Additional Employee Referral Guidelines

• If more than one employee refers the same candidate, the first referrer will receive the bonus.
• Employees will be paid referral bonuses within 30 days of their referral completing 90 days of employment.
• The employee who makes the referral must still be employed at Populus to receive a bonus.
• Senior leadership (e.g., CEO, CTO, VPs, and direct hiring managers) are ineligible to participate in the program.
