Our 401(K) retirement plan is administered by Guideline. The plan permits both Roth (after-tax) and traditional (pre-tax) percentage-based salary deferral options. There is no waiting period to enroll, all team members who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate immediately upon hire. To encourage participation, and to make it as easy as possible for our team to make prudent financial decisions, this plan contains an Auto-Enroll / default contribution of 6%. If you take no action, Guideline will automatically invest your contributions into a portfolio of Vanguard and other low-cost index funds based on your current age and estimated time to retirement. You can choose to opt-out, start, or stop your deferral contributions at any time throughout the course of your employment. Changes made to your deferral rate will be applied no later than the start of the following pay period.
